Under its own brand name RONAIR®, CYAGO offers standard and customised drying and blowing solutions for your industrial products at minimal blowing cost and with minimal impact on the environment.

The RONAIR machines are the solution to blow off industrial applications. They are developed to suit the specific needs and requirements of every client. Industrial products including cables, sealing profiles, spray bottles, ….

Drying your industrial products

Depending on the products to dry, we offer specific  configurations for drying your industrial products. Our systems guarantee an optimal blowing capacity at a minimal cost and with minimal impact on the environment. Engineering and design are also done with constant striving for safety and quality improvement.

To guarantee the best possible solution, we discuss every project in detail with our customers.

Let’s take a look at a number of possible applications!

RONAIR® to blow off impurities

NMLK Clabecq, the Belgian division of a large group in the steel industry, approached us with a specific request.  Their demand was to improve the surface quality of their steel sheets with minimal energy input.

La grenailleuse, a blasting with metal beads is a pre-treatment of the plates. This is a cleaning step to remove impurities and rust on the surface of the plates. Built-in brushes and a built-in blow-off system remove much of these metal beads after the radiation step. However, some of the beads remain on the plates. When the beads enter the rolling mill with the plates, they are pushed into the sheet steel by the rollers. This causes pits and cracks in the surface of the plates – in short, non-conformities. The part that is rejected annually has a value of 80,000 to 100,000 euros.

RONAIR® to dry cables

CYAGO has designed a series of Ronair dryers for  the cable manufacturing. After the extruded cables pass through the cooling bath and just before they are rolled up, drying of the cables is necessary. Many manufacturers therefore make use of compressed air.

But there are alternatives: CYAGO designed an optimized system that guarantees a comparable, if not better blowing capacity at a minimal cost and with minimal impact on the environment. Furthermore, the machine is provided with a guidance system at the entrance and exit, and a pressure meter to be able to consult the level of pollution of the external filter. The unit was finally equipped with an electric control unit and can easily be adjusted in height.

RONAIR® to dry spraybottles

CYAGO has designed a series of Ronair dryers for the drying of spray bottles in production lines. After the bottles have been washed or filled, it is essential to remove any remaining water or liquid droplets before labeling, packaging, or further processing.

The Ronair drying system delivers powerful and uniform air jets that ensure spotless, dry bottles — ready for the next production step. Its energy-efficient design significantly reduces operating costs while minimizing environmental impact. The unit features easy height adjustment, precise airflow control, and an integrated monitoring system to ensure consistent performance and reliability, even in high-speed production environments.

RONAIR® to dry printing frames

For the automated printing line, there was a need to integrate a drying module into the frame washing machine. After a print frame has been used in production to print on fabrics, it must be washed. Following washing, and if necessary de-coating and rinsing with clean water, drying represents the final process step before the frame can be returned to circulation.

As the frames pass through the machine, they must be completely dried on all sides. Even the smallest drop of water on a frame can cause quality issues in the next printing cycle. The objective of the module was therefore to eliminate all visible traces of moisture, both on the front and back of the mesh as well as on the frame profiles and metal components.

The materials used in the frames cannot withstand temperatures above 45°C, so the drying process relies on a strong mechanical airflow to achieve the required drying result within the specified cycle time. Additionally, the module has been acoustically insulated, ensuring that the noise level outside the machine does not exceed 70 dB(A) at 1 meter. The installation is suitable for eight different frame sizes, with a maximum transport height of 2400 mm.
