CYAGO offers blow cleaning personnel solutions that replace traditional blow guns with safe, low-pressure air systems. With JetBlack technology, employees can clean dust and debris from their clothing safely and efficiently — without the risks of compressed air.
Compressed air has the potential to be very dangerous, even fatal if misused, particularly if it comes into direct contact with bare skin. Installing a JetBlack Personnel Cleaning Station allows all employees to safely ‘clean-down’ without putting themselves into any danger. The JetBlack Safety Cleaning Station, is a kind of ‘reverse hoover‘, a dust blower.
The JetBlack is the alternative to compressed air!
The booth is particularly effective for cleaning employee’s dirty work clothes without exposing them, co-workers, or their work environment to elevated dust levels.
The Cleaning Booth is a self-contained air shower incorporating the JetBlack personnel de-dusting system which delivers a high volume of air at low pressure, sufficient to remove dust and fibres effectively and safely, even when directed at exposed skin.
The main advantage of the Cleaning Booth is that workers, without removing clothing/PPE equipment, can simply enter, operate and clean themselves down very quickly. Typically, within approximately 20 seconds, most visible traces of any dust will be removed from clothing. The airflow produced by the JetBlack dislodges even hidden dust which is then captured and filtered within the extraction unit.
Any dust removed can be either collected in bags in dust receptacles or ducted into extraction systems.
The JetBlack produces high volume, low pressure air (150 mBar) which poses no threat to personal safety.
Blower powered air produced by the JetBlack costs up to 90% less than the equivalent compressed air generation.
The JetBlack is typically quieter than most compressed air nozzle arrangements.
