Our customer, a producer of baby and infant nutrition faced the challenge to de-dust lids with a complex shape.
CYAGO helped them by building a custom made innovative installation that is able to blow off dust and all possible other contaminations.
Our solution consists of a machine equipped with air knives, provided with an anti-static bar, and fed by a blower that supplies a constant airflow which neutralizes the static electricity and remove dust particles.
Ionisation can be used to de-dust plastic parts, mouldings, glass, automobiles and other large objects by eliminating the static electricity to prevent re-attraction.
This installation was designed made to measure and has some interesting features:
- The installation is totally enclosed, so that personnel safety is guaranteed.
- Supplied with an autonomous control unit – designed by sister company PCA, based on the needs of the customer
- Prevents the use of compressed air: less noisy, more cost and energy efficient.
- Constructed of stainless steel to achieve maximum ease of cleaning and maintenance.
